Brief description of the tender: Execution of construction works at the Harku substation in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the basic documents of the simple tender. The work is carried out using the "turnkey" method. Turnkey means that all equipment within the scope of the project is delivered together with the necessary with design work, installed, set up, checked, etc. and finally handed over to the Customer in energized form. The facilities are designed and built and handed over to the Customer in a finished form. All supplied equipment must be installed by the contractor and put to work.
