Description: (In French only) This invitation to tender is for the provision of conference room operator services, in particular during sessions of its Administrative Council and Postal Operations Council as well as at other important meetings of UPU organs, to be defined on a case-by-case basis.

The UPU holds sessions of its Administrative Council and Postal Operations Council twice a year at its conference center in Bern, each session lasting two or three weeks. Apart from these sessions, the UPU organizes in its conference center other important events such as forums, high-level meetings, etc. These meetings usually last one or two days. All these meetings bring together several hundred participants from more than 100 countries.
