Invitation to Bid



for the



Conference Package with Accommodation Package for the conduct of the Rapid Damage Assessment & Needs Analysis Training Course



1. The City Government of Pasay, through the 5% LDRRMF CY2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Pesos (Php 696, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Conference Package with Accommodation Package for the conduct of the Rapid Damage Assessment & Needs Analysis Training Course. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The City Government of Pasay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within the Activity Date. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
