Conference centers - THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT IS REQUESTED Room rental to carry out "2027 Planning Workshop, scheduled on: Monday, December 7 and Tuesday, December 8, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the city of Tegucigalpa or places near the city from Tegucigalpa. The hotel or restaurant must be located in a central and easily accessible area, and have a room with capacity for forty-five (45) people, preferably located on the first level, with at least two access doors, adequate lighting in all areas, air conditioned in optimal conditions and completely clean spaces. The room must have two types of assembly during each of the days, according to the following distribution: School-type assembly from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. m. to 12:00 m.: arrangement of rectangular tables and five (45) chairs, oriented towards the main exhibition area, guaranteeing adequate visibility, circulation and comfort of the participants. Assembly of work tables during the hours of: 1:00 p.m. m. to 5:00 p.m. m.: distribution of seven (7) round tables, with five (5) chairs each, intended for the development of group activities. Likewise, a Wi-Fi connection dedicated exclusively to the CREE exhibiting team must be provided, with a minimum bandwidth of 100 Mbps, high speed, stability and a latency no greater than 30 milliseconds.
