The estimated number of attendees is 80. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of attendees, lodging rooms or meals. Prices listed on the pricing pages are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate.GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS: The conference facility must be located within 20 miles from the Brainerd Post Office located at: 422 Laurel Street, Brainerd, MN 56401. Google Maps will be used to determine distance.CONTRACT TERM. The Contract Term will be from the date of contract execution through May 31, 2028.SUBMITTING QUESTIONS.
