The subject of the order is to provide a training service for participants of the Silver Staff Potency project, adaptation of the work environment at RARR S.A. 8 parts, covering comprehensive preparation, organization and implementation of the training in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to SWZ OPZ.1. Training entitled: Stress management, including technostress: a) Biological, psychological and social effects of stress. b) Stress in practice, i.e. identification methods. c) Emotion and stress management. d) Methods of dealing with stress in practice.
