The subject of the order is to implement the school as part of improving the competences of the staff and strengthening the administrative potential of the Bydgoszcz University of Technology in terms of substantive/cross-sectional competences, including: communication, critical thinking, problem solving, resistance to stress, i.e.: 1) Specialized training in the form of a workshop on Security Management for management staff, 2) Specialized training in the form of a workshop on Security Management for administrative employees.
