Conducting a study of mining-related industries in Western Małopolska 1. The subject of the order is to conduct a study of mining-related industries in the area of Western Małopolska. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is included in Annex No 1D to SWz. 3. The terms and conditions of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract - contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ, (hereinafter referred to as contract template). 4. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the instructions resulting from Art. 95 of the Act specifies, that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing activities related to the execution of the contract, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 §1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465 and of 2024, items 878 and 1222). 5.
