Expected services: preparatory stage: conducting a preliminary analysis of the current activity of the organization Identification of key requests, needs and expectations of the team. Development of a strategic session program according to the goals of the organization. Strategic session Facilitation (1-2 days): session moderation. Identify strategic challenges, priorities and goals. Operations of the strategy: formation of strategic directions, goals, objectives and key performance indicators. Determination of vision, mission, values. Support in the development of a strategy of organizational development: support in the structuring of session developments in the documents of strategic and operational plans.
