The subject of the order: Construction of a road viaduct along DK1 over the planned new municipal road in Czechowice-Dziedzice and Construction of a new communication system supplementing the existing public road system in the area of the designed viaduct along DK-1 is providing services related to investor supervision over the implementation of contracts (two contracts with contractors) concluded as a result of separate construction works procedures. The above tasks are carried out in the Design and Build formula. The service includes: verification design documentation; management and coordination of construction works; providing investor supervision services over the Contract. The service contractor must ensure supervision under the Order in accordance with Polish law, in particular the Law Construction and Public Procurement Law. It is required that the Contract be implemented by a team that meets the conditions contained in the construction law, in particular the provisions regarding independent technical functions in construction.
