Tender Details

1. As part of the subject of the order, the contractor is obliged to verify the design solutions, control the compliance of the PZT, architectural and construction documentation, technical and executive designs with the Functional and Utility Program and the applicable regulations, standards, principles of technical knowledge and investor supervision over the execution of construction works, including: over: 1) Development of comprehensive PZT, architectural, construction, technical and executive documentation regarding modernization of the ORLIK sports complex at al. Solidarity with technical infrastructure and land development as well as construction works consisting in the renovation of the sports complex consisting of: a) renovation of the pitch surface quilting with dimensions of min. 30 m x 62 m with a synthetic grass surface, fenced around the perimeter with a min. height fence. 4 m with pictorial grabs min. high 6 m along the shorter sides of the pitch (area behind the football goals), b) renovation of the pitch surface multifunctional with dimensions of min. 19 m x 32 m with a polyurethane surface, fenced around the perimeter with a 4 m high fence, c) renovation of the facilities...
