The subject of the order is to perform a five-year inspection of the lighting network owned by the Koszalin City Commune, Roads and Transport Authority in Koszalin, and to prepare as-built documentation related to the inspection. Contractor, as part of the implementation subject order, is obliged to: 1) Test the effectiveness of electric shock protection by automatic power supply shutdown (TN-C, TN-S), 2) Measure the insulation resistance of cables and wires, 3) Measure the earth resistance, 4) Measure the loop impedance short circuits, 5) Checking the operation of RCDs (if present), 6) (in justified cases) measurement of leakage currents. The contractor will carry out and prepare a report on the inspection of the electrical installation: 1) condition of circuit breakers, contactors and disconnectors, 2) fuse links, 3) markings of wires and devices, 4) correctness of connections, 5) availability of devices, 6) equalizing connections, 7) goodness of overcurrent protection, 8) condition of foundations and stability of poles, 9) warning markings and diagrams.
