conducting a field study in the population of older people aged 60 and over (Polish Population Aging Study) The subject of the order is to conduct a field study in the population of elderly people aged 60 and over (Polish Study Population Aging), based on survey and measurement elements. The study will concern the health condition, health needs, and the occurrence of risk factors in people aged 60 and over, with particular emphasis on measuring the ability to functionalities of these people, as well as collecting information about the situation of their informal caregivers and households, and will be carried out on the basis of questionnaires prepared by the Ordering Party. The aim of the study is to collect data enabling: detailed assessment of functional capacity, anthropometric and fitness parameters, health behaviors, occurrence of health problems, use of outpatient, stationary and home health care, assessment of the psychosocial environment and physical and other factors affecting well-being, household characteristics and living conditions. The procedure is conducted as an open tender, pursuant to Art. 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law.
