Brief description of the tender: Conducting tests of enzymatic processing of fish filleting residues planned for the project "Fish filleting residues into liquid fertilizer" in the processing unit of the service provider until 01.11.2028. The goal of the project is at the service provider to develop a suitable enzymatic treatment solution for the processing of fish filleting residues and for the production of liquid fertilizer. For this purpose, it is planned to carry out a pilot scale with minced fish scraps (not spoiled) at the service provider. enzymatic digestion and stabilization of the isolated hydrolyzate and collect data under conditions close to processing.
