Conducting an ex-ante evaluation of the draft development strategy for the Małopolska Voivodeship until 2035, which is an update of the Voivodeship Development Strategy "Małopolska 2030" The subject of the order is to carry out an updated ex-ante evaluation of the project development strategy for the Małopolska Voivodeship until 2035. The main goal of the service is to assess the relevance, expected effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the development strategy - before its adoption. The scope of research work includes in particular: verification conclusions from the diagnosis, assessment of the accuracy of strategic goals and assumptions, examination of the adequacy and logic of the intervention, examination of the internal and external coherence of the document and assessment of the implementation system. The Ordering Party expects that the study will be completed first all based on the analysis of existing data (desk research). The key result of the work will be the final report (preceded by a methodological report), which is to provide specific, operational recommendations regarding necessary corrections and additions in strategy project The subject of the order is to conduct an ex-ante evaluation of the draft updated development strategy for the Małopolska Voivodeship until 2035.
