Part 1-2 Individual classes with physiotherapists, qualifications provided for in the Act of September 25, 2015 on the profession of physiotherapist, i.e. the title of: a) master's degree obtained in the manner referred to in Art. 13 section 3 point 1; and at least 3 years of professional experience physiotherapist; orb) master's degree obtained in the manner referred to in Art. 13 section 3 point 27, and at least 3 years of experience as a physiotherapist; or c) a bachelor's degree obtained in the manner referred to in Art. 13 section 3 point 2 or 3, and at least 6 years old experience as a physiotherapist; ord) professional physiotherapy technician obtained in the manner referred to in Art. 13 section 3 point 8, and at least 6 years of experience as a physiotherapist. Additional conditions: 1. Pedagogical preparation, 2. completed courses, training, therapies in the field of: a. Sensory Integration, b. corrective and compensatory gymnastics, a. hippotherapy, b. dog therapy. (5)
