Conducting an audit, training and delivery of equipment, services and software as part of the Cybersecure Waterworks project. Task No. 1 Organizational area: Task No. 1 consists of three Packages. The Contractor's obligation is to perform Task No. 1 in the scope all three Packages: Package 1:1) Development and implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS). 2) Development of business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery plans (DRP). 3) Development and implementation of the Business Continuity Management System (SZCD).Package 2:1) Cybersecurity training that builds awareness of cyberthreats and methods of protection for IT/OT/ICS employees:2) Cybersecurity training - training for staff, important from the point of view of the implemented information security policy and IT/OT/ICS information security management system3) Online training on the training platform in the form of webinars - 1 set of training. Package 3:1) Network cybersecurity audit by qualified auditors in accordance with IT/OT/ICS standards.2) ISMS audit and SZCD, KRI/uoKSC compliance audit by qualified auditors.
