The Department of Trade & Industry-Region 1 invites bidders for the conduct of real time Shelf Life Study for the various identified processed food products in Ilocos Sur

3.1 Scope of Work. The work to be performed shall consist of the conduct ofreal-time shelf-life study of the following fifteen (15) processed food products, to wit:

3.2 Deliverables
a. Report on the Results of Shelf-Life Testing of the twenty-two (22) processed food products within twelve (12) working days after last sampling date per sample.
b. Shelf-Life Testing for the twenty-two (22) processed food products.
c. Turn-around time and reporting: within12 working days after last sampling date per sample.
4. Payment
Payment of the Total Contract Price shall be made only upon a Certification from the Head of the Procuring Entity (HOPE) to the effect that the goods/output/services have been delivered in accordance with the terms of this Contract and have been duly inspected and accepted by the authorized representative.
