1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Sixty One Thousand Pesos (Php 61, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Conduct Medical and Dental Mission in Celebration of National Disability Week. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for BP apps, Thermometer and Medicines. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days.
