I. Background:
In celebration of Women-s Month, the Board of Investments (BOI) intends to conduct a livelihood seminar that supports women-s economic empowerment, skills development and inclusive growth. The activity aligns with national goals on gender equality and women-s participation in productive economic activities by providing practical, market-relevant livelihood options and entrepreneurial competencies. This activity aims to equip women participants with foundational skills, knowledge, and tools that may supplement household income, encourage entrepreneurship, and enhance self-reliance.
To ensure quality delivery and meaningful learning outcomes, BOI plans to engage a Learning Service Provider to facilitate the development and implementation of a livelihood-focused program.
