Quotation are invited for Grant of a Permit to Conduct Light Refreshment Business at Chai Wan Park for a Period of 36 Months from 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2027
Quotations shall be addressed to the Chairman, Leisure and Cultural Services Department Quotation Opening Team, and deposited in or mailed to the "Leisure and Cultural Services Department Quotation Box" located at Eastern District Leisure Services Office, Room 304, 3/F, Quarry Bay Municipal Services Building, 38 Quarry Bay Street, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. Late submissions will not be accepted.
In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions after super typhoons” announced by the Government is/are in force for any duration between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on the quotation closing date, the quotation closing time will be postponed to 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on the first working day after the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is lowered, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions after super typhoons” announced by the Government has/have ceased to be in force. In case of blockage of the public access to the location of the specified quotation box at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on the quotation closing date, the Government will announce the extension of the quotation closing time until further notice. Following removal of the blockage, the Government will announce the extended quotation closing time as soon as practicable.
