The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of one million five hundred thousand pesos (Php 1, 500, 000.00) only for Lot 1 (Appliances), eight hundred thousand pesos (php 800, 000.00) only for Lot 2 (Catering Services), and two hundred thousand pesos (Php 200, 000.00) only for Lot 3 (Fuel), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Conduct of LANIE CARES Serbisyo Caravan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
