Request for proposals are invited for Conduct Hygiene Promotion Sessions for a Period of One Year in the North West of Syria

Scope of Work
Mercy Corps- WASH program is looking to contract an organisation to conduct 3000 hygiene promotion
sessions/month. Taking into consideration the COVID-19 situation, each session will be limited to 6 individuals,
with each session taking about 40 minutes. During each session, physical distancing should be maintained, and
the team delivering the hygiene promotion sessions should be wearing masks and gloves. The selected
organisation will be responsible for providing PPEs (masks and gloves) for their team during the sessions.

The topics for the hygiene promotion sessions will be:
- COVID-19 measurements
- Personal hygiene
- Handwashing
- Solid waste management
- Head lice
- Safe water collection, chlorination, and storage
- Women-s hygiene
- Open defecation and proper use of the latrines facilities
- Head lice
- Other topics to be designed based on communities- assessment and needs
