Scope of Work:

1. Conduct the training using the CEFE

approach for training entrepreneurs—

a framework developed by German

Technical Agency for Cooperation GTZ (now GIZ)

2. Train the DTI staff and Negosyo Center Business

counselors how to facilitate the three modules of the BEST

GAME with the BEST Game Manual as guide.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide DTI xII a copy of any written document that the

said provider is certified and accredited to conduct the

said training and provide the BEST Game training kit.

2. Secure the proof mentioned in Section IV, Item 1 from the

appropriate institute. As such, DTI xII in no case, shall be

liable in cases like copyright infringement in case of failure

by the provider to secure the needed document to its

effect.

3. Complete facilitation of the three-day training for the DTI
