Description of the service: The object of this contract is the execution of the improvement works, conditioning and paving of the access to the Refugi de l-Arp, located in Pla de l-Arp, between the telecommunications tower and the Refugi de l-Arp, within the term municipality of La Vansa and Fórnols (alt Urgell district, Lleida). The works basically consist of the following actions: a) Excavation reduction of the cashier along the existing track of 4 m width, with mechanical means, and review and piling with provision of gravel material to improve the base with mechanical compaction.b) Excavation of a trench for the passage of communication facilities and backfilling.c) Supply and placement of D75 corrugated PVC pipe with geotextile protection and provision of wiring. d) Provision of equipment for regulating the selective opening by means of a password. e) Supply, spread and compaction of hot mix bituminous pavement type AC18 surf B 50/70, thickness 12 cm, on a water-based adhesive with emulsion bituminous type C60 B3/B4 ADH (ECR-1). f) Supply and placement of a 4 m wide metal gate, in the form of raised flag, actionable for controlled opening.g) Replenishment of affected services, specific and longitudinal, adapting to each purpose and allowing the finishing of meetings, grading and level of the deliveries.
