Conditional total consultant contract regarding New administration building at Bryggergården In this tender, a total consultancy contract is being offered for the design and construction of a new administration building as well as the conversion and renovation of selected parts of the existing building mass at Bryggergården in Otterup. The project includes the establishment of up-to-date staff facilities for the Elderly and Health Area as well as citizen-oriented health services, including health clinics. The work is carried out as part of an overall construction project with a focus on functional coherence, interdisciplinary cooperation and synergy between new and existing buildings. The total consultant's services include, but are not limited to: In the design of the project, emphasis must be placed on all environmental conditions in relation to the construction and the landscape, not least in relation to the future operation.
