Concreting of Various Road at Baco
1. The Municipality of Baco through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One million one hundred thousand pesos only (1, 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Concreting of Various Road at Baco”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Baco now invite bids for the “Concreting of Various Road at Baco”. Completion of the Works is requires sixty (60) calendars days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed and submitted of bid of similar projects within two (2) years. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedure using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
