1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the Barangay Fund (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Two Pesos and 98/100 Only (Php 299, 952.98) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Unpaved Barangay Road in Front Cellular Tower at Alacaba Village 1 Purok 6, Barangay Pag-asa, SJOM / sjom-infra-0041-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of the Works is required in 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
