1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Tarlac 1st District Engineering Office, Parsolingan, Gerona, Tarlac, through FY2016 NEP, DA-Farm-To Market Roads, Flood Control and BEFF School Building Projects intends to apply the following sum to payments of the corresponding contracts listed hereunder. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
