Description : 1. The LGU of San Marcelino, Zambales through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “CONCRETING OF SIDE STREETS IN BRGY. LAOAG, SAN MARCELINO, ZAMBALES”, Project ID No. Infra-2025-021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Municipality of San Marcelino, Zambales BAC now invites bids for the Contract/project: for the “CONCRETING OF SIDE STREETS IN BRGY. LAOAG, SAN MARCELINO, ZAMBALES”. Completion of the Works is required for 30 Calendar Days.



Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly, in Section II, instruction to Bidders.



3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), otherwise known as The New Government Procurement Act or (NGPA).”
