1) The Local Government Unit of Prieto Diaz, through the PAMANA OPAPRU 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Pesos (Php 50, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of San Rafael-San Isidro FMR Road, Prieto Diaz Sorsogon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon now invites bids for Concreting of San Rafael-San Isidro FMR Road, Prieto Diaz Sorsogon Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
