Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONCRETING OF SAN PABLO BARANGAY ROAD
1) The Local Government Unit of Paluan, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Pesos and 54/100 (Php1, 999, 995.54) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Concreting of San Pablo Barangay Road with ID No. 08 - 26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Paluan now invites bids for Concreting of San Pablo Ba-rangay Road. Completion of the Works is required 54 CD. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders. (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Pro-curement Act (NGPA)”.
