1) The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the Certification of Availability of Appropriation (OBR No. CAA 26-00159-DF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Five Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Twelve Pesos (PHP 35, 997, 612.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF SALVACION ROAD located at ROXAS, PALAWAN (Project Reference No: B2 GF PEO 26-03-025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
