Description : INVITATION TO BID
CONCRETING OF ROADS, PATHWAYS, AND PATHWALKS
The Barangay Government of Capariaan, Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, through the 20% Development Fund FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 245, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Concreting of Roads, Pathways, and Pathwalks. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay Government of Capariaan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project in accordance with the requirements stated in the Bidding Documents.
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).
