Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
CONCRETING OF ROAD AT STA. MARIA, MANSALAY, ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the 20% DF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Six Pesos and 19/100 (Php 999, 736.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Concreting of Road at Sta. Maria, Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2026-106-A)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 43 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
