Invitation to Bid for the Concreting of Road at Sitio Bitayan, Barangay Caidquid, Mambusao, Capiz



The Municipality of Mambusao, Capiz through its 20% Fund CY intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to Payment under the Contract for Invitation to Bid for the Concreting of Road at Sitio Bitayan, Barangay Caidquid, Mambusao, Capiz. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



1. The Local Government Unit of Mambusao, Capiz now invites bids for the above-project. Completion of the Works is required Fifty (50) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -A"Government Procurement Reform Act-A
