1. The Barangay Balintawak, through the Barangay Economic Development Fund (20% EDF 2023), funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “CONCRETING OF ROAD SHOULDER AND LINED CANAL AT PUROK SILI 3”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Barangay Balintawak now invites Bids for “CONCRETING OF ROAD SHOULDER AND LINED CANAL AT PUROK SILI 3” at Barangay Balintawak, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required Sixty 60) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.
