The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, through the EDF 20% CY-2026 intends to apply the above-mentioned sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for Concreting of Road Lower Binogsacan - Upper Bunogsacan Guinobatan, Albay
1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Guinobatan, Albay, now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project. Completion of the Works is required Thirty Six (36) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.
