1) The Municipal Government of Mlang, through the Annual Budget -FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY ( P 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF ROAD IN FRONT OF MPES AND MNHS, POBLACION B, MLANG, COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
