The Barangay Government of Poblacion through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under Barangay Poblacion 1, Magallanes Cavite intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND Pesos only. (Php 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract ( ABC) to payment under the 20% Development Plan of Barangay Poblacion 1 bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay Government of Poblacion 1 now invites bids for the above contract to be submitted at the BAC Office Completion of the contract is required Seven (7 days) after the date of the advice to proceed Bidders should have completed within five ( 5) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract, a similar to the project.
