Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
CONCRETING OF ROAD AT APITONG, NAUJAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the SB-3 20% DF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Sixty Nine Pesos and 70/100 (Php 997, 069.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Concreting of Road at Apitong, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2026-115)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 33 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
