ITB # 2026-54
1. The Municipal Government of Solana, through AO (20% DF 2026) intends to apply the sum of three million eight hundred eighty thousand pesos & 00/100 (P3, 880, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Concreting of Road-Nangalisan, Solana, Cagayan under itb # 2026-54. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Solana now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. No. 12009.
