INVITATION TO BID
1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Tarlac 1st District Engineering Office, Parsolingan, Gerona, Tarlac, through FY 2015 DA FMR, CO, Dep-Ed BEFF, MVUC, 2015 EAO and FY2016 NEP intends to apply the following sum to payments of the corresponding contracts listed hereunder. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Tarlac 1st District Engineering Office, Parsolingan, Gerona, Tarlac now invites bids for the above-mentioned contracts.
3. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and
receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in
the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
