Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONCRETING OF PUROK 3 POBLACION ACCESS ROAD
1. The Municipal Government of Kapatagan, Province of Lanao del Norte through the 20% Development Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONCRETING OF PUROK 3 POBLACION ACCESS ROAD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Kapatagan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 39 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
