Concreting of portion of barangay road at Barangay Arumahan
1) The Municipality of Lemery, through the 2026 Supplemental Budget intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and 68/100 (₱999, 999.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of portion of barangay road at Barangay Arumahan under Invitation to Bid (IB) No. B-2026-091. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Lemery now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for 45 cd. Bidders should have completed contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
