Invitation to Bid for Concreting of Pob. - Bayong Road, Pilar
The Provincial Government of Bohol through the budget for the contract approved by
the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends to
apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred
Nineteen Pesos and 80/100 Only (P 4, 999, 919.80) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Pob. - Bayong
Road, Pilar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for Concreting of Pob. - Bayong Road, Pilar. Completion of the
Works is required within 45 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders
should have completed, within the last 10 years from the date of submission and
