1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF PATHWAY PHASE I @ Mesolong Integrated School, Talaingod, DDN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for the CONCRETING OF PATHWAY PHASE I @ Mesolong Integrated School,, Talaingod, Davao del Norte under MEO, 20% DF CY 2026. Completion of the Works is required by 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
