1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF PATHWAY @ Danghil Area, Dagohoy, Talaingod, DDN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for the CONCRETING OF PATHWAY @ Danghil Area, Dagohoy, Talaingod, Davao del Norte under MEO 20% DF CY 2026. Completion of the Works is required by 175 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
