1. The Barangay Balagtas, Matag-ob, Leyte through the 20% Barangay Development fund of 2025 and Gender Development Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF PATHWAY with Project Identification No. BL-2026-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
