Rita, through 2026 LGU funds intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php2, 000, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for CONCRETING OF PATHWAY @ Brgy. Tominamos, Sta. Rita, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
